so i'm getting older these days, just had a birthday the other day, getting a bit of a gut from drinking to much heiniken, so i've decided to try to do more excercise, I don't like the gym cause it costs money and i don't like to be around other peoples when i huff and puff and weeze because i'm so out of shape. recently i've taken to trying to run up and down the stairs at st joseph's oratory which is like 200+ steps, at least once a day, weather providing. what do other people do to fight the battle of the bulge...? | |

I try and eat right and I walk a lot. I don't snack. I almost never have any kind of cookies, chips, other snack food in my house.
I also try and avoid eating before going to bed, if I am hungry and tired I try and just go to sleep instead of eating. When I wake up the next day I am almost always not hungry. Update » nothingnopenope wrote on Sat Apr 28, 2007 @ 12:43pm I also don't eat much meat, especially red meat. | |

I do 1h30 of yoga everyday and walk a lot. I think that yoga is the best, since you can get you heart rate up and maintain it for a long time, doing all the movements very slowly. | |

you have to fuel your body for weight loss by eating things like lean meat, starve yourself and you wont have that much energy. Watch the calorie and fat content of the foods you eat
Get involved in more outdoor activities as hard as it may seem now, the more you're out there the more your arteries widen up from all the blood flow and the easier it will become. | |

i usually go to the gym 5 time a week but when the gym just isn't an option , i smoke a little crystal. NOthing keeps the pounds off like a week without eating. |
