 Coolness: 685845 | Prolonged use, their doctors all told them that contacts are not meant for every day use, and at that that they shouldn't be worn for more than 8-10 hours. Of course, most people intent on making a sale won't mention any of this, and a surprising amount of doctors don't even know that it happens because they only look at the short term "they work, you won't wear glasses anymore" part.
Contacts are for the occasional going out when you want to look good. For doing things, like going to work or sitting around at home watching TV or whatnot, you should wear glasses. |

 Coolness: 158490 | I find that hard to believe. 25, 30 years ago? Okay, sure. Now? Not so. I mean, they make contacts you can sleep with... I changed brands a few times and it's always gotten better. My vision stopped dropping, as well. |
