negative
it depends on qhat percentage of your bodily function is lost for example I lost 40% of the movement in my left shoulder, a complete loss of use of one's left shoulder is supposedly worth 68,000$/year (according to the CSST), thereby, I am entitled to (0.4*68,000)$ per year. Assuming the loss is permanent (luckily in my case it was temporary, in the order of 6 months) |
