use a cloth that won't leave sediment.. the best are those blue stretchy paper towls that don't rip easily...
turn off the monitor... lightly wet the cloth.. very lightly... wipe the screen, then use another cloth to wipe off the moisture... You can use a small amount of window washer but I found it can leave streaks sometimes.. To remove dust simply wipe with a dry cloth And there shouldn't be finger marks on your screen at all! You shouldn't touch the screen! |

a moist cloth won't harm the monitor, I use that on my laptop sometimes.. just make sure it is barely wet... |
