In an attempt to pick a location which is interesting, unique and at the same time accessible, we have encountered a park situated right in the heart of Toronto. Tommy Thompson Park (aka Leslie St. Spit) is Toronto's best kept secret. Being a bird sanctuary peninsula in the midst of Lake Ontario, the park provides a beautiful view on the city and at the same time adds a rural feeling. Car driving in the sanctuary is very limited, since the main gate is locked most of the time. Hence it is encouraged to bring bikes, rollerblades, or even have a walk.

DIRECTIONS:
* Take the Queen Streetcar east to Leslie St.
* Get off at Leslie and walk south past Lakeshore Ave. E.
* Walk further south until the main gate (for those driving, can park besides the front gate)
* Bypass the gate and walk further south (until you get to the route split at the laguna-type terrain)
* Take the left route straight south
* Follow the route as it turns west until you reach an intersection of routes
* Turn right and walk north (until you reach a small path to the left)
* Take the path which will lead you to the party site.

For your convenience, here are maps:

Red lines are the routes that should be taken
Green dashes are an additional way to get to the left route (in case the turn was missed)
Green field indicates the site of the event

Overall walking time to the site should take around 40 minutes. Keep in mind that all the routes are paved (which adds to walking or biking convenience).

More info will be added closer to the event

BOOM!

Props to the shakti collective for a sweet outdoor gathering, I had a blast. Truely a nice surprise. Besides the dust that killed the vj's laptop and led me to drill myself a new pair nostrils it was a perfect party. I had a great time chillin with Greg and Zaid, thanks for an amazing weekend guys! WEll I couldnt let Montreal be represented by you all alone. Gotta bring it! Popular is as people see, as far as I can see, I'm just me. No big thang, just having fun and supportin my friends. Dig it.

BTW people, if ya'll see Kalan or Zaid or Marikim around ask em for their business cards. Pazow.
