basically, i want the following: a P4 over 2 GHz 256 MB or more of RAM CD-RW + DVD-ROM 40GB or more hard drive Wireless internet support (either internally or with a PCMIA card) my price range is anything under $2K, but it depends on the specifications and whether the PC is new or used. i'd also be willing to buy a less snazzy laptop (a slower Celeron or P3, for example) if the price was right.
