you're a vegitarian, yet you eat dairy products?

this is why vegitarians piss me off. they're hypocrites.

ummm.....how does not eating meat yet eating dairy products make me a hypocrite?

Meat makes me feel ill....dairy products don't...there's nothing hypocritical about that. And I eat organic dairy products, just like if i ever eat meat again, it'll be organic.

i think you need to relax or something...

and on a side note for those who think it's unhealthy, i got tests done to be sure my diet was healthy and all my vitamin/mineral levels are PERFECT as well as blood pressure...etc...my doc said i was in great shape (and i've been a cig/pot smoker for over 10 years and i sit at a desk all day.

When you're young, you can eat crack for breakfast and feel fine....wait until you get older though, that's when you gotta watch what you do...

glad to hear you work out :)

i don't think that eating meat automatically makes you unhealthy, it depends on what else you eat and whether or not you exercise. I HIGHLY recommend organic meat though due to the drugs/feed/fecal matter/other dead animals that regular cows/poultry/pigs are fed...not to mention their living conditions.

I don't bash meat eaters, i just think that a lot of them don't realize what goes into the cow before they eat it.

Just like i think organic fruit is better than non-organic. It's been proven that an organic orange, half the size of a regular one, has a higher vitC content than the larger regular orange. Also, it hasn't absorbed pesticides and stuff...so why eat a regular one? It's better than nothing but for a few cents more, you can give your body more of what it needs.

the doc didn't understand why i got cramps/felt gross/lethargic/other probs...so i cut it out of my diet myself. I started feeling much better.

Listen to your body, it knows more than most doctors. I usually only go to doc's to confirm what i already feel is wrong or to check my levels, which i don't know how to do myself.

i don't drink milk, i drink organic soy milk....and my cheese/yogurt is organic too. I can connect the dots.....I'm not a 12yr old who finds it fashionable to be veggie and starts eating twigs and fucking berries for every meal.

A lot of veggie people blow my mind...they don't understand where to get all their nutrients, they equate no meat with being healthy....it doesn't work that way. And when they get sick, they start eating meat again, claiming that being veggie made them feel bad. Duh...not eating the right stuff made them feel bad.
