Yeah, Seb... I reacently hit up Village des Valleurs near my place and picked up all sorts of old school disco and rock records in really good condition for 49cents a peice... I've just been really into the DnB theses days...

I've always been more of a rocker than an electronic music fan, but reacently i've been dabbing in all sorts of stuff... I have a few post rock records and experimental records I like remixing with other stuff theses days. (I weird Fred out all the time with my Pierre Henry and NFA...)

Thanks for the advice... I think Steve Lala is a great example of versatility I've seen him play all sorts of stuff and not have one particular style that defines him... And I love hearing what you play all the time. That Breaks set you did at the last IDj was amazing... And Freds really helps me out with technical stuff. So I have lots of people to look up to and help me find my style.

you'll discover it naturally by yourself, and it'll keep on flowing ...
all i'm sayin is do it over talkin about it ,
grow up your skills secretly at home, make no big deal off it ...and then at some point BOOM you'll come out of the bedroom ...but its all about humility all the way ...
i think u can hear that ,...

try not to play out before you've been spinning at least for a year .....my 2 cents ...

i did spent 2 years at home before playing anywhere ...and lookin at it from now i would say i wasnt really ready ...and that was 2 fuckin intense years ...

only time makes u be at ease, and practice , for sure .....practice in time ...
'nuff blabla, out

Well I don't intend on becoming a crazy Dj in like 2 months... I talk about it so that people will talk to me about what they like... I'm new to DnB and I really enjoy it but I don't know alot about it. I like seeing what others like so that I can know what to look for a bit when I go to the record store... I get exited when I find something I really like and I talk about it... But I have no intention of trying to push my way through within the scene.. Just trying to show interest for something I'm really interested in... I personnaly like learning watching other people, that's the way I am... I find when Fred show's me something I really pick it up much faster than when I try to do it alone.

I know what I like in many music styles and stuff. I have really personal tastes in music. I'm just blabbing about DnB around DnB enthusiasts and in the DnB part of this message board.

Sorry if I bug ya sometimes... I didn't realise I was being that way... I just get really pumped up about stuff when I enjoy it.. I'm a bit obsesive... Back to my room now to lock myself up for a year or so...

Yeah I understand... It's all good Seb. You know I really enjoy the IDj's and stuff and you guys really made me discover DnB... I was never exposed to it out in the west island. But thanks for letting me know.

Cheers...

Bro its all good here 2

just sharing experiences ...no big deal ...

i never thought-said-wrote anything that mentions any wrong attitude going on with you ...its the opposite ...i'm just glad we met and everytime we feel more and more at ease and we can discuss on so many topics and stuff, including music for sure ..

i'm just warning you of some traps any new dj could easily get into ....anyone in it for other reasons than the love of music ...

not that i was thinking u were going the wrong way ...at all ...
