| Same thing here..Thierry and I and some friends were there like a year ago for like 4 hours just drinking and after we left our tip the waiter complained that we left him a small tip.

| Cine express never had service. my friends used to love loitering there all day until the owner banned them for not buying anything. I continued ad eventually lost control... I couldnt stop going,... the old staff (minus one of the owners)were chill,... one of the waiters (Leo) actually opened up his own bar on mont royal which failed unfortunately & now is working at Publix on st laurent / prince arthur. |
